As I've just noticed as I prepared a league post, the [ code] [ /code] feature does not support the [ color] [ /color] inside it. Also, it is limited to the first thirteen lines of text before having to scroll. As any person who scorinates leagues can tell you, this is quite hampering in our ability to adequately display the information we are trying to provide on the forum. I am wondering if we can implement it so that the color feature can work inside the code feature, and expand the code feature to at least the first 21 lines of text being displayed without the need to scroll.
Alternatively (but in addition to allowing basic formatting such as [b], [color], and [hr] in code boxes), could we either have a parameter to remove the vertical scroll bar from [code] boxes, or eliminate that “feature” from [code] and have a separate tag, similar to [spoiler], for shoving arbitrary content into a scrolling area? I’d like to be able to display my thirty-six–team first-division football league table in its entirety, but would find the more compact format useful for lower divisions.
