Didn't get it again, apparently need still more patience

I just keep getting the normal issues. I only have two active nations for the time being so i'll probably have to wait for a long time for this to start. When i do get it though, i have no idea which path i should follow.

Excuse me, but if I may ask, am I eligible for the issue? There currently is an issue about people in a war torn country, and there are options that have to do something with emigration. If that is one of the chain issues, then I find that weird, since I think I haven't gotten the first issue yet.
Pro: tolerance, individualism, technocratism, democratism, freedom, freedom of speech and moderate religious expression, the ban on hate speech, constitutional monarchism, the Rhine model
Against: intolerance, radicalism, strong discrimination, populism, fascism, nazism, communism, totalitarianism, authoritarianism, absolutarianism, fundamentalism, strong religious expression, strong nationalism, police states

You currently have 226 as an open dilemma. It's not a chain option.

Thanks. I already saw your post in the main issues thread, that every issue with a [An International Incident] before the text is part of the chain. Now it is clear, and I know that I haven't received such issues yet. Thanks for that clarification!

We don't give out the validity for issues, but I'm getting asked this questions loads on here and via TG so I'm confirming that to get the first issue in the chain, you have to:

1. Allow Emigration

2. Have a military

That's it.

An issue chain along the lines of that is actually a viable idea (essentially the reverse of this chain).

An International Incident II: Brasilistan's Revenge. Starring Ewan McGregor as Obi Wan Ken- wait.

I passed the 6th issue in the chain, and now no more of them are coming through. I haven't dismissed any of them.

You probably exhausted your route through the chain. Though I'd imagine 6 is one of the longer routes.

Ooooh, I thought each route was 19 issues long, not that there were 19 in total.

Come on, that'd require dozens of issues and much more coding. Do you know how long this one already took? :P

Because it would be nearing 100 issues; I would figure that at least one person working on it would have at least given hints.

Hey, how much issues in this chain issue is there? In the news it said 19, but I only received 4 issues and then that's it. No more chain issues. I don't dismiss the chain issue so I'm a bit confused here. Is there really 19 issues for each nation regardless of whatever option you choose? Or is there something I don't know?
Islam, Death Penalty, Nuclear power, A Palestinian state with at least 1947 UN Partition plan borders, Hamas, Muslim Brotherhood, Pan-Islamism, GMO (But not Monsanto), Universal Healthcare, Universal Education, Pro Life (to an extent), Universal Basic Income, SpaceX, Space Exploration

The "chain" is really a "tree", with decisions creating forks in the chain. Depending on the choices you make you will receive a varying number of issues. Choosing one option closes off certain issues, which means it's not possible for any one nation to receive all 19.

Would it be possible to add a badge or a banner on the nation page (like the ones you get for a census or finding an easter egg) once you've finished the chain? It would add a pretty neat sense of having done something, and would also confirm that the chain was over.
