"The tenant of free speechs is held dear" yeah... confirmed now for the 22nd time...

Come on, do I have to reinforce free speech every week and does it have to involve something as pathetically benign as Harry Potter books every time???

You can always dismiss the issue. Though every time you affirm free speech it increases your freedoms a little, so there are side-benefits to issue reruns.
