..Do you..Cheat..?

Rumor has it (..lol..) that there's a website out here that's pretty much a guide to a lot of Nation States dilemma issues..

Does anyone refer to this guide? If you do, how often? Do you use it towards every issue or only when you don't understand the issue? Do you consider it as "cheating" if someone says they use it or do you kind of not blame them for doing so?

The issues are pretty clear cut. I don't know why anyone would need to "cheat."

Well I did cheat on the last map of the Wings of Liberty campaign, but I'll go back and do it properly tonight.

Oh, "cheating" at nationstates, nah, pointless. Give it a few years and the issues will cycle back through. The results get pretty easy to guess.

Well, some issues have hidden effects and not all the effects are quite apparent.
