Lone Wolves United founder, Evil Wolf, signs the document that will bring his region into a state of war with XKI in LWU's Drunken B*tch Bar.
In a shocking and unexpected move, the veteran Crasher group, known as the Lone Wolves United (LWU) has declared an open war against the region of 10000 Islands (XKI) and its Ten Thousand Islands Treaty Organization (TITO) Defender alliance. The announcement was first posted by Lone Wolf Kialeri, who was apparently sent on behalf of Lone Wolves United to deliver the message. The following is what she had to say:
Hi everyone, my name is Kialeri, a member of LWU, and I’m here to give you a message on behalf of LWU. And remember, I’m just the messenger, so don’t shoot me.

Dear nations of 10,000 Islands,
Greetings from the friendly Crashers of the Lone Wolves United. We have sent forth a representative to deliver a message to you and your kind.
10,000 Islands has long used its humiliation at the hands of Empire of Power as justification for its vendetta against all Crasher kind. But even with a decisive victory against Empire of Power, TITO has not stopped its white knight crusade against Crashers. To that effect, TITO, in particular its founder, Grub, has treated Crashers as criminals and hunted us as such. This is a most grievous offense in the eyes of the Lone Wolves United, and demands a reply.
As such, the Lone Wolves United officially declares a War upon the 10,000 Islands and its TITO alliance. LWU and TITO have fought in open conflict for over half a decade, it is about time we make it an official declaration. However, its goes beyond a simple defender-invaders grudge, it is the belief of Lone Wolves United that TITO, and therefore 10,000 Islands, has gone too far.
We aim to fight TITO in an official, no-holds bar conflict, with peace only coming with an official surrender from TITO, a full and permanent stop to it's defender ways, or TITO's totally destruction.

XKI mobilizes it military for action.
The message states the overall reasoning behind LWU's sudden declaration upon TITO, namely that an unofficial state of war had already existed between the Lone Wolves United and TITO, and that Lone Wolves were simply expressing their intention to take the conflict to a more serious level. Indeed, Lone Wolves United, which claims over 300+ successful invasions in its five year history, and TITO, which currently claims to have defended over 1340 regions in its 7 year history, has met numerous times in battle. Conservative estimates suggest that conflict has broken out between the two regions anywhere between 50-70 times over a five year period. A more recent and well published example being Lone Wolves' raid on Eastern Europe, a region that has recently generated talk due to a controversial, and XKI backed, Liberation Resolution being passed against it and it's native delegate Czech Mate.
Reactions to the news on the part of TITO were mixed. Noted TITO Knight Impudent Wordiness has this to say, "Well it is a very polite declaration I must admit. Except for TITO's total destruction. There is no emote for what I am feeling right now." Others took the news in a more hostile manner with of XKI native Kurdazistan declaring, "Wolves are animals. Animals get put down if they are bad." Most XKI natives, however, just appeared confused, and many reflected the question asked by 10000 Islander Tsim Sha Tsui, "Isn't 'Lone Wolves United' an oxymoron?"
XKI's founder, Grub, was quick to respond with a retaliatory declaration of his own, which was posted on both the regional message boards of Lone Wolves United and 10000 Islands:
To the LWU,
Tonight the 10000 Islands received word that you have declared war against us. I am not sure if you have understood what you have done, but I am a generous man and am willing to accept that everyone makes mistakes. Three other regions once declared war on us. None of those regions still exist, or better said, none of those regions are still controlled by the foolish nations that declared war on us.
So, before we start our mission to utterly destroy you, we are willing to give you mercy. As of now, you officially have 24 hours to unconditionally surrender to TITO and the 10000 Islands. As part of your surrender, you will also pledge to never again attack innocent regions like you have done in the past. But hear me well. You will surrender or we will end your region. Whether it takes days, months or years, we will own you one way or another.
The great thing about the 10000 Islands is that we stand for freedom and we seek to help regions that have been attacked unfairly. The LWU will either stop their attacks of innocent regions and within 24 hours surrender to us or you will face our wrath. I am quite sure you don't know what's coming your way.
Regardless of your leaders decision, individual LWU nations will not be persecuted if they immediately reject your regions actions and leave LWU. To all LWU troops, I want to apologize in advance for the humiliation and destruction that we will eventually bring to your region. If you would like to avoid this and fight for the good guys, either in public or in private, be sure to telegram me.
