For issues, I selected no throttle to see what it was, what I expected to see was no new issues being sent. But it looks like I have 6 hours until I get an issue. If this is the case, why call it no throttle? I also noticed a vacation mode which makes it so that you don't receive any.
So, my question is, why call it no throttle at all? Why not call it 6 hours between issues like the rest on the list? Did I miss something? Also, with no throttle on, you will not get any more than 5 issues at a time, correct?
Thanks
