Pretty sure this needs a lock. The running of a region is expected to be taken to an Offsite, RMB, skype or some other means; not the NS gameplay forums. Nothing sounds more like administration of a region than an application for ambassador status and the like.

So yeah - I think this should probably be getting a lock.

It appears this is a similar concept to the Anchor Network which I set up a while back and that was able to stay unlocked.
