Maybe red's like roses?
Maybe it's the pool of blood
The innocents will lay in
When in the end you've failed to save them?

On the Major Update of 14/8/2016, The Black Hawks led a multi-regional force to seize the region of Heroes Rise, despite suffering a general loss of updaters across raiding (thanks, schools starting). For those who may not know, Heroes Rise is one of the larger members of the FRA-like organization known as ORCA, "a treaty organization that aims to develop it's members and keep them safe." We look forward to the response from this group, and seeing how effective at ensuring the security of their members they really are. With their supposed combined WA resources of over 200 endorsements, this should be interesting. Consider this the gauntlet thrown, and a reminder: claims of safety in a founderless region are but self-indulgent exaggerations that make residents feel better until the raiders turn their gaze to your region. ...And also that Villains are much cooler than Heroes and win more.

Hello! Everyone! I am @slattsenw, the leader of a wonderful RP region known as Polation, so feel free to check it out! Otherwise, I am the newly elected PM of the ORCA. Wonderful, yes?

Well, I see that we have a situation on our hands, and a threat - let alone challenge - by none other than yourselves. This brings glory to my eyes, and I'd like to say it is a pleasure to speak with all of you on such a unwanted occasion.

So, I am pleased to see that your raiding is still on behalf of attacking those who are happy, and great, together. In my line of work, my regional family sticks together. We role play, have fun, and play good games together. In intentional regional family, ORCA, I look to cheer up and bring together regions in a much more timely fashion.

Seeing that you are all having best at what you do, I'd like to say that ORCA has been inactive. Yep. For a LONG time. My friend William founded WUTO, and with my friend Xov, I founded ORCA. We were amazing with members. Everyone was happy. Now of course, once I left, ORCA kinda went off the wrong path.

If you believe that ORCA is just here for liberating, protecting and defending regions - you are obviously drinking in the wrong bar. Sure, ORCA liberates, protects and defends its members, but, that isn't all there is in ORCA. Sure, after I left that is all it did, but I like to have ORCA do more personal matters.

We bring people together, we bring regions under one banner, and enjoy it. So, if you believe for a second that I will feel intimidated, and... afraid of what you have in store, then you will be heartbroken.

Is there a reason The Black Hawks exempted some other raider regions -- as well as Albion, Europeia, Kingdom of Alexandria, and The Land of Kings and Emperors -- from your recent tag:WA recruitment bomb, but included Osiris?

Given that WA nations are literally our means of security, by recruiting tag:WA from us you are essentially seeking to peel away our security. I am extremely displeased and I have ordered withdrawal of the Legion from Heroes Rise as a preliminary response.
