To his defense, two nations with their first posts clamoring over how fantastic the region is does sound very suspicious. Especially given your less-than-stellar record.

Now I'm accused of voting with puppets; puppets which obviously I can't have owned. I had all my nations deleted both in July last year and March this year. If people really are finding that hard to believe feel free to speak to moderation on this page. (page=help)
However In the instance they were mine why would I have brought up the puppet voting which can be found here. (page=rmb/postid=12514928) I gained nothing from it and even now don't give a single care for whom controls your delegate seat. Doesn't affect me and as long as I was allowed to remain in the region i couldn't care less as to who had the most endorsements.
Now these claims of intel against me. Stuff which somehow pins me of taking destructive steps against your region have got to be completely ridiculous. If they existed (i've asked 3 times to see it now with each time being told no) they would be no more credible then some random puppet sending a telegram saying "Rifty iz tryin' 2 keel u!" Again if they exsisted they wouldn't have been looked into and as such your leaders acted without thought.
They knew straight after they had screwed up and as such have locked your region down. They know the moment I get the password to the region or the password drops the region will be in my hands immediately as my own special trophy. As such they won't drop the password - which of course will lead to your region dwindling in size and ultimately just dieing out.
You found another region? Well that just becomes the target instead. I did nothing wrong. I have taken no destructive methods to your region until I was senselessly banned. I'll gladly admit to the efforts I have taken after because they actually exist.
Now those saying lets fight back. I'm legit laughing. I'm the Dictator of Sanctum. If I declare a region an enemy then we as a community take steps against it. Being a Dictator means I don't need to worry about a democratic process; Something your region does. Alongside that I am the Prophet of Riftanity. My own special cult. Ultimatly I am followed blidnly. They do as I say. Fourth largest UCR in the way of endorsements. A military of 32 members. Many interregional agreements. It'd ultimately just speed up your death.
Now if your region wants to continue - A hell of a lot will need to happen. First off I won't even discuss an end to hostility until such a time as I see public addmitance from both Gradea and Alpha Wolf that there never was any intel and that they had screwed up. If I can't see that then there is no point explaining how to get me to back off.
Once I see that; Then I'll gladly begin talking about having me back off.

The Executive believe we acted rashly in that situation but we were suspicious that multiple players were voting multiple times with multiple nations.

Wolves of Night will not be threatened by Sanctum like this but we will enter negotiations with them. We urge all regions to remain cautious in any dealings with Sanctum and Rifty.

Hence why I only sign off as "Sergeant Souls," "Ever-Wandering Souls, TBH" etc when delivering messages (generally more formal ones) as a TBH member. Signing off with 'The Pacifc" and "The East Pacific" implies that he is writing in some way or form with the backing of those region, and/or that those regions support his message. Which I doubt

Yes, Rifty has recruited from my regions before as well, but my reasons for choosing to always oppose him goes beyond that. If you wish to have foreign relations, find me in Ainur and we can see what we can work out.

As I expressed to him directly, the signature line on the message seems, at least to me, to equate his position in Sanctum with The Pacific and TEP:

That said, I have already stated that he doesn't represent The Pacific and Ramaeus has expressed similar sentiment in regards to TEP, so I consider the matter closed.
