It's not really a personal attack or unclassy in any sense to point out your less than honorable history in this game.

Offsite forums are not part of the game in a technical sense, instead they constitute the real life property of a person. By attacking that directly you have crossed what I consider a rather obvious line.

Second chances are all well and good, but people /always/ deserve to have their past actions held against them to some extent. Actions have consequences and some of them can be severe. Any other attitude promotes an environment of individual irresponsibility.

I wholeheartedly accept that I'll wear this scar as long as I am Shadoke, but I hate how I walk around with a fucking target on my back that people take shots at for no fucking reason. I am a crasher, you know how much I wish I had known about COPS so I could have stoped myself from wrecking myself?

But, I can't. There is no way things will get better for me, so excuse me when I lash out against the legal flamebaiting. Or don't, I am a crasher and frankly I don't deserve even to play to some people.

People forget I worked my ass off gett-ng the shit back up to the point where Rifty only had to reset the password on his used account and the whole forum would be back. People forget that all I did was give a password to Syl so he could crash it.

I guess some people just love to poke that wound, not letting it heal. I don't really understand why someone regretting past actions should become a constant target for others. Such past actions have consequences, yes, but aren't these same consequences extended by those who constantly remind one of his wrong deeds, no matter where this person go? If such person regrets it and wants to move on, then help him doing so instead of thinking about where will you paint the bullseye on next. Second chances are only worth when they're clean, with no second thoughts or clouded judgement. If there's new betrayal, then unleash hell if necessary or simply ignore, it's up to each person.

Just my two cents.

Onsite you're a lot more professional, huh?

I agree that Shadoke (in my eyes) has paid the price. Do I forgive him? Fuck no. Would i work with him? Fuck yes.

He fucked up - Big deal. Crashing is an atrocious thing however I can think of far worse things like delibertly setting people up to get DoS. That kind of shit is loh! (aren't I funny? get it? )

I don't feel we should view crashing as any less sever. I believe this should be branded on his body - however like on his right ass chick so you gotta get all intimate with him before you get to talk about it. Same with Syl - he fucked up. He just was apologetic from get go and well...no offence shad...but is liked a fuckload more.

Although I must say - Don't trust Syl, Shad, Milo, 94 or anyone else with a forum. That's a certainty. xD

So yes....No more poking the wound...

Auralian troops burn an abandoned military base, "The Coalition Center."

Nephmir: So, did we learn anything new?‏

Tomanian Reich: We have to get some troops together and take down valhalla for glorious vengeance‏

Nephmir: Diabolical...‏

Tomanian Reich: They stopped us from taking those 2 regions

Nephmir: Then we shall strike them where they least expect it.

The Auralian Knights proceeded to move across The Duxian Isles, a region where only a few small, peaceful nations reside, with luscious green valleys containing numerous sheep, and large forests with plentiful lumber.

Nephmir: Greetings, we come in peace, so long as you let us pass through to the Village of Greenwich.

Native: And let our brothers perish to your sword? Never!

Nephmir: Then so be it!

The Duxian Isles soon fell, without any Defenders rushing to the aid of the natives. Taking some lumber and a few sheep, The Auralian Knights moved on to Greenwich Village, a village surrounded by fields of grain.

Knight: Sir! The village appears to have large quantities of brick. Might this be useful to us?

Nephmir: Hmm... yes. Yes, very well then. Let us take some with us, along with 10 barrels of grain.

The convoy was loaded and the village's fields of grain burned. The Knights proceeded to their destination, The Coalition Center, to find it empty of resources, and devoid of life.

Nephmir: Let us cleanse this region! Burn the castle!

A sheep was lit ablaze and sent inside the castle. The castle burned, the thick smoke spiraling up into the air. The troops watched on a nearby hill, occasionally firing catapults at the walls in celebration. When the castle was gone, the Knights started heading home.

Knight: Sir, we have some brick, lumber, grain, and wool. I daresay that that is enough materials to establish a settlement of our own for Auralia.

Nephmir simply smiled, and said:

Nephmir: Then let us find a suitable region for our settlement...

Not every time, but yes. :p The last update was merely a brief training run for a new military member (100% hit rate!). We won't be doing anything crazy too often, as there isn't much of a point in tagging more than a dozen regions an update. It is meant as training for larger operations, after all, not an end in itself, and if you can tag 10-15 regions an update (based on quality over quantity), then you should be good to go for larger operations. A bigger emphasis will be placed on mass-invasion drills, occupations, and stealth raiding rather than tag raiding (which will simply be used to train new members).

Edit: Oh yes- that first conversation actually happened in our Skype chat, by the way :D .

Auralian troops burn down a village "United Alts."

Vadia: You awake enough to do some pillaging?

Pooristan: Yes, if it's a quick one.

They tossed a torch into the village and went back to bed, knowing that no one would stop them as they had picked a target no one was guarding. The raiders and defenders were all sleep, unaware of the burning. As the dawn broke and the two soldiers saw what they did, thought what was to come. Not knowing what he had done, the senior warrior went to speak to his King. He handed over the battle plan and knelt down.

King Nephmir II: Did you rebuild the region and carve our name all over it? You can't do it half and half, this is going to piss everyone off.

Vadia: I'm sorry mil'edge, it won't happen again. I admit I was trying to make everyone angry.

King Nephmir II: Well, just run out there and burn it all the way down.

Vadia: And after that, Squire Poor gets a promotion?"

King Nephmir II: Yes, you have both done well. Just try to remember diplomacy more often.

Vadia: Aye, Sir.

Vadia: Tonight and in the morning, we will fight like drunken madmen! First, a castle about to fall to disuse and be swallowed up by other estates. We will burn it to the ground and then stay there, so that it must live on! After that, we will go after the dirty soviets and fight for control of their own castle. We will see who lives and who dies.

During the next 24 hours, bloodshed was minimal as land was sacked and purged; without a single force showing up to stop them. The master planning and skill of the Senior Warrior, along with his skilled henchmen; was simply to great.

Sloppy formatting on those WFE's.

Additionally, if you're going to make a fancy big post for every 2-hit tag raid, then these updates are going to lose their value pretty quick. I'd suggest a "raid must hit _ amount of regions to be worthy of a forum post" rule.

There is already a rule regarding the importance and number of targets to make a battle report. We've already discussed it offsite to avoid such situations in the future.
