If you some day want make a trip to the taglands with me again, be welcomed. :)

Back to the business...

It was from one of those rare big team raids, maybe you was online only a part of update.

Vandoosa was last TBR pointman there, and I was TBR pointman of first raid to the region. I saved the tag for remind myself who I was, and will be. Black Rider. :)

Some parts of The old tagfields remain relatively stabile for long times.

*Cora rants about hypotetical matters*

On a 'Shogunate'

A definition of a situation that can exist within the raiderdom in strategic level circumstances where overall command/co-operative structure of a raider establishment fails in keeping the system, A) Enough pure, B) Enough United, C) Falling prone to a trap of regionalism, counter-productive to the Cause.

Proper methods for a "Shogunate" in the transitional periods of the history of The Raiderdom:
1. Ignore and discard command structure by acting for it's purposes, still retaining independence in action
2. Heavily encourage anarchic raider behavior, where ever and when possible
3. Taking open, transparent, and public appearance for the establishment failing to fulfill it's very basic Core tasks in the education of next generation of raiders...
4. by using methods of direct, open critique from an anti-regionalist purist raider standpoints...
5. For securing the untouched Core principles, and the History, while rejecting all accusations, false claims, internal badassery, arselickery, careerism within the Shogunate,
6. Understanding the fact that the establishment still search its new identity, and a way to continue
7. Shogunate is temporary phase of an Evolution of the Raiderdom, which purpose is
8. ensure that the history, methods, ideas are transferred properly, and in practice to the descendants
9. Members of a Shogunate realize that they can 'die' in a process, but...
10. They don't care too much about that possibility, as it is considered as a honor, right, privilege, and the Joy.

(better, distilled definition maybe published later) :P

Thanks Luxdonia, those raids didn't drop from the sky, it required few thousand hours of work directly related to those raids.

Rift theme is slower in use then old good centuries. The reason why Century is recommended theme for raider switchers. The Dark version of it is also eyes-friendly.

So you spent a few thousand hours to graffiti up WFE's? I'm sorry, I am failing to see the accomplishment here.

Even less accomplishment is when you do janitorial work cleaning that up.

I don't detag one nation regions that are going to CTE. In fact I rarely detag at all. :p

So please explain how that was a burn Gradea? If you would have read my post right above yours, before finding a reason to post a massive unneeded picture you would have seen Shadoke didn't burn anyone. In the process of trying to be a smartass you managed to burn yourself. Congratulations.

Tagging serves it's purpose, its a little display for regions but it also works to hone the skills of speed and triggering, not to mention it feeds a satisfying adrenalione rush.

Detagging has also purpose, in helping helpless or uncaring natives get a sense of normality after a tag.

Looking at it ignorantly it is graphiti and clean up, but when you add in the fact it took players speed skill in switching, and jumping, it becomes something to take pride in.

Take easy, it's just a game. Everyone knows already what I think about real potential of so called tag raiding, so I won't repeat rants about it now. Anyway, I'm honestly and genuinely proud for my intimate, and in some periods of time, an insane level of participation to a development of mobile R/D tactics along with great players (being part of nearly all record breaking teams and updates from record of 42 hits/update to 83 hits/update, multiteam efforts, multiple subteams combinatorics, critical occupation reinforcements, launching invasions, tool making and testing, etc.), making more tags and raid reports then anybody else have done, regardless various persistent technical handicaps with hardware.

I agree. A tag, one tag, it's insignificant "graffiti", but the tagfields of hundreds and thousands tags are not, for obvious reasons.

Nothing came free. The very basic law of R/D says:

Nobody can ever raid a region without electing a delegate

Indeed, the term accomplishment is something quite alien to an individual such as you.

Similar to how in the process of trying to put others down you only show your own worth.

At the end of the day, it's an accomplishment in NationStates. An accomplishment in NationStates is never a real accomplishment.

Oh, what a suprise. It seems like gameplay has resorted back to it's usual pastime of putting down Gradea.

I love you guys. :p

Crom!

And I, Cora II, Witch-Queen of Cimmeria, humble servant of The Almighty Raideron, born from the darkspawn, I promise in the name of Crom that I'll transfer my queendom's limited everyday resources, work and time again to a 24/7 mode for starting a new, cold and dark Hyborian winter campaigning season soon, when my mundane duties in the professional undertaking business will be finished for this year, the year 1 A.H. Third Age. Many shrines, churches, villages and memorial sites shall burn, nativedoms sacked and salvaged, vast silent graveyards on the tagfields expanded, while an enormous numbers of native and defender WA-skulls will be collected, polished and piled under the throne of Crom, the reincarnate of the Almighty, Divine Raideron.

These sacred goals will be aided by a New, healthy, and more capable destrier that I'll buy from the market of Arenjun with The Witch-Queendom's carefully reserved treasures earned by keeping a Surface of a sinker of CTE'd folks' tidy, and blossoming with the Arcane wisdom of Necromancy of the 8th Circle... and with some muscles.

Full co-operation with the rest of the Darkspawn, children of Raiderom thus expected. CROM!

:p

Tagging and detagging serve the same purpose for each side. They're training the player to be a faster switcher and jumper.

^Exactly, once the bias is removed this is what it ias. Some people find it fun to keep practicing though, which is why it hasnt died off for some vetran players.

Hmm... there are little bit more there then simple 'practicing', and even so, it would make miracles practice with hordes of 20 updaters, and a hitlist of 20 WAD+15e+ targets, and 5 occupation reinforcements... But because deaf ears cannot listen, that kind practices never happens. :(
