Noble's departure is sad - Yes. However I knew of it for a long time. It had been discussed between ourselves since January. Alongside many other ideas like just going back to small communities for the chats and the like. He went and I say good on him. He knows I'll back him in whatever he does.

Yes it is true, we can not afford losing members from a possible merge.

The Goverment of Sanctum will refuse in a categorical way the merging theory.

We are building a new goverment with lots of fun, and we are going to make Sanctum a worl Power.
With that being said, I must inform you that I am Sanctum's General Secretary and also its Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Things will work differently, but we wont forget the roots and the history that Riftey enstablished in Sanctum, long time ago.

I think you may have better luck increasing your retention rate and decreasing your turnover through creating a product with a relatively high consumer surplus

The mass WA is going to stick around. However after a discussion in the TEP Skype chat i've been thinking of a way to have mass WA but be able to exclude some regions from it. The only thing i've come up with so far is using the dumps to to create a full list of WA nations; then like switching of regions so their WAs are removed. It makes sense in my head but not sure it does when I explain. aha.

Obviously if I could get this to work id be turning off TEP as I already attempt to send back their people. I have a few others in mind too. So if anyone had ideas and wanted to help id be more then happy to add their name to the list.

and of course my reaction won't change. I've said that before. Mass WA is good because I don't need to put in thousands of nations. If I could exclude some regions I would. However those that have retaliated me in the past I of course wouldn't have excluded. I've made clear you target me directly (No cares if your mass WA/World or API hits us) I'll do the same in return. I've never been above buying stamps for the other regions to do it for me either.

If you ran by API rather than stamps, it'd be easier to exclude regions.

With a few large regions excluded, it'd take 30-40 days, about the time before you can hit people again anyways, and be free to boot.

Actually for those who didn't realise; I am not him and he isn't me. We both just got bored and decided to have a bit of fun. Someone in a chat thread assumed we were the same person and we ran with it. We had planned to go for a few days but after speculation from Festavo, EWS and others for example we had to keep it going. Things from me WA muliting to having people doing my bidding; all through pissing ourselves laughing that the simple "it's a joke" was not considered once! xD

Oh yes but Tali is taking over from Noble (God bless his beautiful bubble butt) as military leader. We'll continue to uphold a Piler force which really just needs to be built again and maintained. Obviously we'll be whoring them out to whoever we have relationships with opposed to the general ideological agreement BS. Raiders are welcome (I've got over Kleo 'n' CO's shit so you're welcome to seek it) to look to a relationship. As goes with defenders.

But yeah. Just felt that was important enough for a comment but I'm too lazy to write some big post. Mwah. :hug:

Also, I would probably suggest you relook your logic flow - if I had you in court as a lawyer I'd throw you out.

My reasoning to it has been explained before and makes sense.

Direct targeting of regions is inappropriate. I feel that to be true. However anyone taking part in Mass WA/World telegrams I say good on them and provide them with a clap. Same goes for API.

Mass WA telegrams target the bigger guys and leave the smaller guys to grow. You'll fine that with my recruitment methods that 90% of people I get are from Large UCRs or GCRs. It places the burden on the bigger guys. Just as in the real world where higher tax brackets pay more tax; this is the exact same principle. Except the WA nations are the income and the Regions are the individuals.

If people take part in deliberate recruitment against a specific region; they've conciously decided "I wish to tax this particular region and no others" which of course isn't fair. When that happens then retaliation recruitment is exercised; Similar to what happened when Osiris (With the Tim Stark leadership) decided to target Sanctum. We went about funding and encouraging the mass targeting of Osiris.

Is there a problem with that? Nope.

Just the same as we all have different views on the Raiding and Defending game which is forced upon everyone; We all have different views on recruitment which is forced upon everyone. I see these constant moans of it being inappropriate with as much merit as some 2 week old nation banging on about Raiding needing to be banned.

They are of course from smaller UCRs. Obviously the 90% I pulled out of my head but I would say it is VERY close if not spot on with the amount of Large UCRs and GCR recruits. The 10% also have to happen. As I said this is about taxing everyone however doing it to everyone according to their means.

And I know we aren't. I explained in detail how that plays into it all on another post in this thread explainin my view on it all.
