Chill little bit. You can make your 10 person puppet dump invulnerable by making delegate access non-executive.

Banning raiding? No, won't happen as it would mean banning elections of Delegates.

Raiding is in essence electing executive delegates, and if delegate is executive he/she can use his/hers administrative powers over the region as he/she likes, within the rules of the game of course.

It's the basis of Idea of "political simulation" a'la NationStates.

Since you are the founder of your region, you can just close WA Delegate access to admin controls. That way they can't raid your region again.

Raiding is annoying as f*ck, but it shouldn't be banned. NS needs to be fun for everyone, even TBR and such Raiding Alliances...

Raiding makes it so that you'll have to get on good terms with raiding regions, or else you will lose your region.
I'm trying to make my region a refuge for raiding victims, and also just a place for others to hang out.
Speaking of, I gotta write some TG's that won't do anything!

Unfortunately it doesn't mention that that you can also oppress other nations in this game. Legally, by the rule book, and via Game-mechanics.

Take it and adapt to it, or leave it. It's up to you.
