New Challenge Button?

So when viewing another nation I notice that there is a button that says Challenge. What happens when you click this button specifically. As in whats all of the things that can happen when you click this button.

Press it and find out. How difficult it that?

It takes you to the Challenge mini-game, a leftover from the 10th Anniversary celebration. Nothing happens to your nation as a result of playing the mini-game.

Why would I press a button if I don't know what the consequences could be, or what the button could do? The idea of such notion is purely idiotic.

Because it's a safe site technically and the worst that could happen is that you have to figure out a new, or simply new to you, feature?
