What do they count towards?

Challenge was added a little while ago for an anniversary, and NS is too lazy to take it down. It counts for literally nothing, because it doesn't even tell you who has challenged you and accumulating them does nothing. Although, last time I checked I was 291 place in the world, so I guess maybe bragging rights.
