I was gonna drink myself stupid tonight, now they'll at least be in your name. I want to track you down and play cards or something while your're recovering. Either way, try to look at it as a vacation. Don't worry about the drama anywhere in your life, just relax as much as you can and absorb the simple treasures in life.

I've packed up and am about to leave for a hotel near the hospital. Before I leave, however, I decided I shouldn't disappear without showing just how grateful I am for all of the support from NS. I'm normally very private about releasing online details, especially pictures, but this is not a normal moment.

I'm going to very honest and state that I strongly dislike The Black Riders. I think you're all a bunch of bullies that NationStates could do without.

That being said, cancer is a cruel and debilitating disease that nobody deserves to suffer through. I sincerely hope you survive this ordeal, and come out of it a stronger person. Just don't expect me to welcome you back with open arms when you get back to your raiding.

A friend of mine is still in chemo, and I have to wake the poor SOB up every once in a while at 2 in the morning when the MMO he's a manager on breaks (I'm a GM) to fix something. The difference is, however, he's in his mid 50's. My little brother is only 13 and has a brain tumor. I don't know if its cancerous yet or if its going to grow, but, yeah.

It really sucks that this affects anyone, let alone someone who still has a lot left to do in life.

Do us all proud syl, and, ofcourse, fuck cancer.
