Proboards?

You left 10KI and chose Proboards again? Really?

Really?

It can be done right. And I think we'll do it right. And god dammit do I not want to hear griping about PB all over this thread >_>

Edit: There are advantages to having PB and we will be showing those off sometime soon.

I find zetaboards easier to use and undersatnd.

It probably didn't hurt that Thomas had close access to a developer familiar with writing PB customizations. >.>

We spent a good few days coming up with the name. We even put some research into western sounding names. We ended up combining a popular term used in Western towns "Fort" with the adjective of our choice "Triumph". Of course we did a Google search soon after just to see if the name had been used before and it turns out that there's a place in World of Warcraft of the same name. I believe it was I who said "fuck it, we like the name and we'll stick to it". It has a little meaning to it as I kind of think of it as our Triumphant return to fun in this game and I'm sure each one of our members will have their own meaning behind our name. Let it mean what you want it to mean, but its formation wasn't really all that deep.

A stunning endorsement! You should say that we're unilaterally destroying TBR so we can score that sweet anti-tbr crowd and train them into competent adversaries!

Good luck. You're deserved certain respect from your enemy. That is because your practical field actions show you actually defend, with necessary skills to do that. Also, you have no UDL-like elitism in your general approach. TBR's Active updates against you are always more interesting then those you're absent.

Even it is not TBR's habit and custom extensively applaud our defender enemies, you're certainly already managed make numerous successful interceptions and your field presence is already forced TBR make few tactical revaluations in its own field activities. That is something which can improve whole R/D gameplay and it is what is also TBR's aim. Good and active R/D is what we seek too.

Your success hopefully minimize further flood of those "Let's destroy TBR" threads started by novice Defender wannabes. Please keep your approach open and transparent and when ever possible, please do not hesitate publish your achievements, update activities and results always from your perspectives if that is allowed by strategical frame works of D.

Anyone here familiar with the "senpai noticed me" meme? does this count as invoking that meme? I mean Cora is basically on the opposing team but I think it still counts :P

@B.Wine: It is not my best interest get The Senpai's brains activate that Meme in his head. Luckily that is hard thing to do. I don't want see another good start for healthy and pure, active and pragmatist D of the R/D will be ruined by in-practical, impotent and arrogant pseudo-philosophic UDL-Like oratories of defenderism.

Dear Spanes are Genuine and good what they do. Why I could not say that without reference to the Senpai, which hopefully doesn't corrupt The Fort?

I've been online participating and watching closely how this project evolve, in Practice on the Taglands. On the fields, not on the forums. Besides, If The Fort report their deeds and activities in The Future, It would give much more objective picture to the R/D then traditionally has been case. That would be good thing from perspectives of all participants of the R/D.

At least 3 of Top 5 Defender Updaters are "Dear Spanes" from the Fort.

Like I said before, there is no reason not to show you respect. We are all in Gameplay to have fun, no more no less.

Well nobody likes a saggy gameplay environment do they? We give the impression that GP is youthful and active, but without us it just dips into uncomfortable-ness for all involved.

With this analogy in play, I can't see how we won't be getting new and unexpected recruits.

We don't even have one of those :p I assume there will be an immigration officer of some sort one day, but its not up to me to create that role.
