Well I actually do not want a democracy and can't see any way how this would be beneficial to me. But better force the own ideology on everything and everyone. Is it this hard to accept that we are different?

We will agree to negotiations with the People's Republic under the following conditions:

1. Negotiations will be bilateral in nature and will not include any third party mediator. The issues between our regions are exclusively between our two regions and we believe that the only productive negotiations will be bilateral negotiations.
2. Negotiations will be conducted on an independent forum, of which former Pharaoh Severisen will serve as the non-participating root administrator and the two Delegates will serve as administrators. That forum is available here for those permitted to participate (see below).
3. Negotiations will involve the following participants: the Pharaoh of Osiris, the Scribe of Foreign Affairs of Osiris, the Chairman of Lazarus, and the Governor of Diplomacy of Lazarus.
4. Negotiations will remain private. Disclosure of the details of negotiations without authorization from both Delegates will result in the immediate termination of negotiations, nullification of any discussed agreement, and may preclude the possibility of future negotiations.
