If we are both raiders and defenders, does that make us raidfenders? Or mercenaries?

Firstly I completely threw away the term Raidfenda as it is not what they do. It is now "Restorative Raiders". We are not Restorative Raiders - I'd consider us Imperials with Morals. Look out for those we like but also expand our Commonwealth in the process.

Brief Update III

Just quickly keeping you all filled in on the current state of events going on in the Warzones. Warzone Sandbox has decided to join the Commonwealth and We have (Pretty much certain) found a native willing and able to take control of Warzone Australia; which also will be part of the Commonwealth.

All other Warzones have declined but thanked us for the offer - I have stated gratitude for considering it and that there will be no more drama on the matter; including military action.

Warzone Europe and AoI will be discussing creating even closer ties than there is currently - As of now we are able to request pilers and assistance in updates from WZEU; this will extend even further after the talks.

Our presence in the Warzones will continue to be of a beneficial nature especially surrounding Warzone Europe and Warzone Asia.

Down to health reasons our current delegate is in need of replacement. In saying that nominations have gone forward and a non-executive delegate will be what is happening for the current time. When the new delegate is elected and reaches the minimum 20 endorsements; I will consider turning it off non-executive. This decision is protected via our constitution which states:

IV. The Prophet has the ability to turn of the Lord Regent's Executive controls if the region is at risk, the Lord regent is inactive, The duties have not been competed or the amount of endorsements fall below a reasonable number.

Is there any part of your legislature that authorizes temporarily making the delegate non-executive in order to free those WA's keeping that secure and utilizing them as pilers? Though I guess if you ordered them to pile to the point where the endo-count got too low, it would be a security risk by default and fall under that rule....

Well literally all of the people endorsing the delegate would not participate in a raid anyway or are not active enough to log on frequently enough to follow piling orders. I've gleaned most of the ones who do pile away from the delegate endorsing heap since back in CoF.

I personally am about ready to keep delegate non-executive. The job doesn't need executive powers.

However community with us is the focus...pulling in raiders and just regular gameplayers. From there you slowly turn them. This is how we got the large piler count in CoF...and we will do it again.

Yep, non-exec del has always been my preference as well purely from a military standpoint I could shamelessly target those endorsees to become pilers without negatively impacting endo count security.

Well you should go about encouraging more people to join in as pilers. However i stand by us getting those piler numbers back up...

Brief Update IV

Recruitment (long awaited since my poor paypal was hurt :c) went out a few days ago and we have recieved close to another 20 WA members due to this. Our activity has spiked and times look good for the first time since the loss of CoF. We do plan on hopefully introducing majority of these WA nations to R/D - Increase our piler numbers and the like.

Now as all of you know i send a mass WA recruitment telegram monthly. This has been successful and for no reason do i plan on stopping. Not all agree that i should do this however I have a few words to say to you; "haha suck it!" I will persist to send the recruitment. I support all mass WA recruitment and would not recruit (as a form of offense to their actions) to any region doing this. However recruiting directly from AoI is something i do not and will not ever support or let go unpunished.

Around 10 minutes ago Europeia sent a mass recruitment to AoI - This was swiftly returned with recruitment back. This is a threat to all; ally and enemy. You recruit from AoI and I will recruit in return; persistently.

Rifty, please try acting with your region's well-being in mind. Regions with leaders that take the 'IDGAF' approach to managing their region's image and foreign affairs are regions that rarely, if ever, succeed. And like I said, I personally like AOI, and I'd like to see it succeed.

Being frank the allies we need are raiders - Of which have near to or no WA members. If i piss off other regions i couldn't careless. It's as simple as returning the favor and recruiting back. However if the view upon it is that bad i will do it a single more time and begin recruiting like everyone else. Issue is if they are going to persist after i end it than I do see no point in ending it. WA members go up massively after all WA recruitment.
