Kind of. Certain forums have a 'rule' known as "thread ownership", where the Original Poster can state "Only for members of ____" or "Please do not post here without an invitation". This does not mean that people cannot post in that thread though, it means that the OP can ask moderation to remove any unwanted posts. It is important to note that several subforums (such as Gameplay, Technical, General, The GA/SC, and a few others) do not have this rule.

Where were you planning on posting?

Issues

How do I submit an issue? Is there a seperate website or a button I push somewhere, or a link to follow! I cannot find it on the How to Write an Issue post.

There will be a link once you hit the requisite population (500 million, iirc?). The link will appear on the Issues page, at the bottom.

Edit: The 500 population requirement is noted in the FAQ in the Got Issues? forum.

That depends on which section of the forums it's in, and what the thread is about: Basically it's only allowed in NSSports, "Nationstates', and International Incidents... and threads about organising & governing one single specific region generally aren't allowed even there.

And it's generally a good idea to post a draft of your planned issue in the 'Got Issues' forum for comments, instead of just posting it as soon as you're able to do, which you could do before you pass that barrier...

The issue submission page still seems to work if you don't have 500M…

I know it is a silly question, but is there a way to disable politically-biased or agressive promotion of 'special interest' groups in NS issues? NS feels like a weapon-grade propaganda proving grounds lately. Pluto designation, feminism, migrants, and of course the never-ending flood of homosexual grievances -- there should be an option to "take off and nuke the entire site from orbit"(c) to get all things right and get on with my nation building. It really does not have to be that way or the highway.

The best solution I can think of is to disregard the option or dismiss it completely (hence, ignoring those special interests group).

Nope! The game uses economic freedom when determining your nation type. I in fact have 2 nations where the economy and economic freedoms don't match.

Just thought I'd ask since I have zero technical knowledge and want to be sure after the Predator issue - is that WFE Archive tool a 'script'? If so, does it follow NS rules?

It is a script, but I'm pretty sure that it does in fact follow NS rules.

As I understand it, the WFE archive uses information solely from the Daily Dump, which is downloaded once per day in accordance with the script rules. Also the script was developed by Eluvatar, who you may know as the Tech Modling, and a member of the site staff. I have not personally examined the code (nor would I understand what I was reading if I did) but I am 100% confident that it is legal.

I see it as pretty much the same thing as the "Wayback Machine" (See Here), but it is just reduced to the World Factbook Entries of regions instead of every webpage on the internet.

I assume you're referring to the challenge minigame.

If other nations challenge you, they can't lower your level. However, they can decrease your rank if they get more total championship points than you do.

Hey guys. I am new to this game as I just joined yesterday. What tips would you give to new player like me if they want to improve land size, economy and capture more territories and even improve the nation total strength? Its been awhile since I played game that's similar to cybernations

…the only one of those you can affect is economy. You answer issues in a way that is good for your economy.
