So i wanted to register as citizen in north pacific but i noticed i have to register forum account as well and I also noticed that other regions also have some own forums. Are those external foruns or somehow associated with game? I find it bothersome to register on few forums for one game, already had to do it one previous RP game I played. Also, is RP also divided to regional forums? RPing in closed groups is also quite ...meh when there's one global forum for RP.

Most bigger regions have off-site forums. They're not officially connected to the game but they're usually run by the regional leadership. Look around for another region that RPs on the NationStates forums and join them

As a new player it's underwhelming and hard to find what's current and of importance and I would like to know what kind of universe my nation happen to exist in. Thanks in advance.

NationStates as a website is not affiliated in any way with Offsite forums. The other questions raised vary between region to region, but generally, regions with Offistes conduct RPs there as well. But that doesn't stop you from RPing with other people on NS.

Sounds like what you want to do is join a region that has a news thread for just their region.

Recruit new, fresh faces. Start conversations on the RMB. Post Polls. Rolepay. Form a regional government. Create an off-site forum for community members to use. There are lots of ways to stir activity in a region.

Does issues that promote war actually affect the death statistic, because I'm getting nothign here.

War is not calculated, no.

Is high political freedom good? As I have Superb political freedom but have daily union protests...

Arguably, there is no objective 'good' or 'bad' in NationStates, only what you want your nation to end up like. If you're the kinda person that values civil freedoms but nothing else, you can make a nation for that!

Pretty self explanatory for the first half, answer issues in a way you think would improve your economy/rights.

The second half, I don't know what you mean, are you referring to one of the options when creating your nation?

But, again, there are no official rulings on not TG recruiting from User-Created Regions, it's just considered in poor taste.
