This nation is not in the WA- can you tell me what nation you are referring to, so I can look into it's happenings? I mean, I can throw out a few common scenarios, but I may be able to tell you exactly what happened if you give me the nation. Or was it this one, just several days ago?

Took a look at it. Your influence is not falling. What is falling is your influence label, which depends on the percentage of the region's total influence that you have.
Also, are you sure you only have the one WA nation?

My quick glance backs up K here- you were a hermit, as the only member of the region. as people came , you quickly fell to slightly less high ranks, though still likely higher than anyone else there. The number you're reading for influence is likely dropping because you've moved to a new region - you're slowly losing influence from the old region, and gaining it in the new, if I had to wager. Pretty soon, the amount you have in the new should stop the descent by catching up to it, and begin to surpass it again.

I already accidentally tanked my economy once, and I've worked very hard at my people's health, so I don't want either of those things to happen. Does anyone know what the results are of socializing the agricultural industry?

The thing is my nation goes to parallel universes all the time for space travel and colonization so I thought that if nation "P" for example, could be in another universe this would allow for exchange of goods that exist only in our relative universes and would make RPing more interesting.

First of all, do chosen banners have any effect on how your nation will develop (is developing) or are they simply achievements that serve only as backgrounds?
What is the point of this 'alliances' that I can join? The flooding invitations on the first day did not help me at all. Do I have any benefit in joining or I can simply stay on my own?

The banners are basically achievements/trophies that you can't lose.
You have to be in a region no matter what. Regions are a big way of having fun on NationStates and making friends.

You decided to deal with the crisis in Brasilistan by launching a wave of nuclear strikes.
The Issue
When you give the order to launch the nukes, your general briefly leaves the room. The moments tick by. When he returns, he simply nods once. "Birds in the air." There are almost two dozen people around this table, including some of the most brilliant minds and fearsome personalities in Jomsberg, but none of them speak. "Three minutes until impact." You expected more activity. But there's nothing to do. There aren't even any gigantic computer screens, tracing the path of the missiles. It's beneath you, you suppose. Your job is not to track the flight of missiles. Your job is simply to decide. And that's what you've done. You've decided to annihilate another country. You look around the table at your advisors and soldiers. Some nod back at you reassuringly. Some won't meet your eyes. Not everyone will agree with you, of course. But it's not their decision. It's yours. The general leaves the room several more times. Finally, he returns. "It's done," your general says. "It's done."

For best effect, images should have an aspect ratio of about 4:1, i.e. be much wider than they are tall. Maximum size is 1200x400 pixels. Please do not upload inappropriate images.
