Only two times in The Black Riders history there have been situation where size of the tagfield is more then 1000 embassies longer periods of times.

This time relative portion of the tagfield is higher then last time as total amount of 'easily raidable' regions is smaller now then it was during november-december 2013. Currently TBR tagfield is 5.35% of all nationstates regions (1000+ tags/18,683 regions). When writing this there are 1048 available targets left for our War tech. TBR control currently regional apperances of about 50% of all 'easily raidable' regions.

~50% of 'easily raidable' regions (not locked, Executive Delegate, not black listed, GCRs etc.)

10% of all regions would be pretty much the situation where all "easily raidable" regions would be tagged, occupied, controlled by TBR. That is impossible in practice. 7% would be propably upper limit of possibilities with current organisation and numbers available for raiding, requiring insane activity with numerically big teams and/or multiteam tactics. Also frequent retagging of same regions would be necessity.
