I had a reason to do it. I did an experiment with 20 regions of trying to create a late updating region and make one of those regions a new jump point for The Association of Imperialism. I successfully created a region that had an update time later than our current JP, that region is Great Forest.

Please do note that on update 2 you mentioned 41 regions burned.
Only 40 did, one of them I defended, 3 others were defended as well but aren't mentioned in the list.

Would have been more defense were it not for the fact that I was cooking during update.

It could have been a minor error on my behalf while counting the targets, but i'm not really sure on that and i'm not really going to check the whole list again for the sake of one hit

And regions that were defended are regarded as misses, and are hence not put into report lists.

INSPIRATION:

On a whim, I shortened Great Kleomentia's name to Kleo and... I remembed something: CLEO magazine! A popular magazine in Australia (yep... I'm Aussie :3), which I see in doctors' waiting rooms ALL THE TIME! I was inspired by some CLEO covers on Google Images so I decided to search Kleo's flag in Google Images---and I found a portrait version of it!

Perfect! I then set off to making it look like a magazine cover and... There it was...
