The administrators may tweak the system now and then, but I wouldn't count on them 'shutting down' invader regions.
For the sake of fairness, especially.

The way is to lure them into DOS by banning them for gloating/griefing. But one has to catch them gloating first.

You're posting mixed metaphors in both Gameplay and International Incidents, and you need to stop. If you want a recruiting thread for your region, you're allowed ONE, in this forum.
