No, the region must only be open to those who've been banned from their previous region. It's obviously implied that you aren't welcome if you haven't been banned, meaning they'd have to ban you. Of course, by banning you, they'd make you open to membership in their region.

GCR = Game Created Region
What does that have to do with WA Resolutions or Roleplaying?

Your nation is one of the most unrealistic examples of a roleplay nation - I have NO understanding why ANYONE would consider roleplaying with a nation that is MT that has 120 billion people...simple. I'msorry but if your the founder of the region and even your example is attrocious...what's that say about the region?

I haven't got around to changing my sig to match my region/gameplay idea and I'm still thinking of a reasonable pop rate for my nation
