Hi, I'm looking for a flag maker and I'd be really grateful if someone could help me out. What I'm looking for is a burgundy flag with a white circle in the middle. In that circle there should be a hawk that is holding a gladius (greco-roman sword) in one talon and a scroll in the other. I don't want the hawk to in anyway have a medevial, monarch look to it. I'd like to request a few things and I hope I'm not going overboard.

1. War Ensign

I'd like to see the coat of arms placed upon two crossed golden cannon barrels and golden anchor, above a stripe of blue as in Soviet Navy jack, maybe one thicker and two-three thinner stripes would look better.

2. civil ensign:
I think that the best solution would be "transferring" the escutcheon to the flag, with alternate files with silver pegasus on black and red dragon on gold...

Take an American flag. Change the red to black.
Change white to the goldish color on the German flag
Change the blue to the red of the German flag.

I want to change my flag. It needs to be a to have three vertical stripes (the first and third stripes are red and the middle stripe is white. In the middle of the white stripe is a red star. Place a white star on the top and the bottom of both red stripes.
