I also need a separate flag that is a blue and white horizontal tricolor, with this in the center and this (without the crown) in the center of the first shield. The tricolor should go blue, white, blue with the blue slightly smaller than the white.

The crest is exactly how I wanted but te stripes should be horizontal not vertical.
