I want my new flag to be blue with a yellow stripe going across the middle of the flag horizontally. In the upper left corner is a yellow star. The flag should be the same size as the current flag.

You can upload a flag here. Just save a picture of what you want on your computer, then upload it to be your flag.

Follow this path after you get a picture:
On the top bar (when you're on your country's page), go to Settings. From there, go to below your flag, to the "create your own flag" button.
Hit that, and follow the steps presented.
