Hi, it's me again. I would like another flag.
Description:
- Divide the rectangular flag into three vertical stripes. The top stripe, color it with a navy blue; the middle stripe, with a white; and the bottom one, with a navy blue again.
- On the center put a seal just like this, and put The Region of Esterford instead what it says right there.
- Inside the circle put two lions, just like this. And in the middle of both lions, put a soccer ball like this.
-Color the lions with yellow, and below them put the things sorrounding the star in my flag, and color them green.

Excuse me I was just wondering if you could make me a flag with these specifications:
1.have a jet black colored rising sun flag(imperial Japanese flag) in the background.
2.have 7 stars in the mid ground arranged into the 7 points in a heptagon arranged around the center "circle" of the rising sun.
3.in the center of the "circle" have a 7 headed eagle with the symbol of the Japanese emperor on a necklace put around the "neck" of the eagle.
if its too complex tell me what to do too make it more possiable.
and also make it as big in the size limit Nation States will allow.
