In my opinion, the font used for the ISA is a little too strong. As it is, I feel it pulls attention away from the stars and logo as it's so bold. Maybe consider using the nation's entire name, using a softer font such as arial, or calibri, and having it wrap around the circle with a light gray so it doesn't detract from the star and wreath.

Perhaps a star in a circle, or a stylized emblem of your national animal/plant? Stars are a common feature on democratic flags. I think it looks quite nice as it is, but a colour change for the ink blot as suggested above might be what you're looking for
