Seems hopeless. I tried searching in english, german, french and spanish. There are many nice hawks out there, but none that resembles the one from the flag.
The closest I found was this:

I request an easy request. Please may I have a very large and better looking, high quality version of the flag I currently have. I would like it to be split, red on one side, black on the other, and in the middle a thunderbolt with inter changing colours (see current flag). (Make the bolt look more scarier, more threatening, and more bad ass than the crappy MS paint one I currently have. But still keep it simple and flag-like at the same time. I don't know how you'd pull that off).

Also, if you can, make a second version with a gritty, old effect. I think it's called grunge, I don't know I'm not up to date.

I have a simple request. For my flag, I would (please, sorry about my manners) like a diagonal split from bottom left to top right. I want the top left of the flag to be Dark Blue, as a symbol for night (or darkness). I would like the bottom right dark red as a symbol for the blood on the earth. And I would like, in the centre, a white skull and crossbones for the symbol for death. I know that you don't really care about the symbolism, but I read a web page saying that it's good to have reasons for things on flags.

EDIT: Is there any actual lightning bolt (like a picture online) where I can get some inspiration from? Or better yet, a picture that you want and I can incorporate that same picture into the design. I have some ideas to make it "badass" by maybe adding a grunge texture to the lightning bolt itself but I can only really think of basic angular shapes to use at the moment. I'll do someone else's request in the meantime until I find out what you'd like.

May I also make a request that maybe can be reiterated in the original post:
Please, where possible, post a link to a higher resolution of a flag that you want altered.
Using the flags on people's nation page are too small to make high quality alterations to.

I gave your flag a little bit of a grunge effect but the waving textures I have don't really work well with your flag I'm afraid. Also, because I could only get the image from your nation page, the quality is a little bit lacking. But I hope this is OK

Hey, I did a few for you because I don't know exactly what you'd like. You can let me know if colours are OK in one picture and whether you want the skull to be something else, and I can redo it My personal favourite is the forth one.
