You know raiders have made an impact when the 3rd largest class region is called the Republics of Raiderdom. If that wasn't fun enough their delegate is the nation Vote Trump 2016.

A class region can't interact with the rest of NS, but can we condemn it? These two things in one region are pretty condemn worthy imho

I would assume so. The game should recognize it as a legitimate region and you should be able to target it.

Technically you almost certainly can. However, legally is another question. I don't think we''ve ruled on it before, but I would expect the answer to probably be "no".
