How am I Capitalizt?

I understand what Capitalizt is having read Jennifer Government. My query is merely how my nation qualifies as Capitalizt.

I understand the diagram about freedoms but my question is this; How can my country - whose 69% tax rate is divided between education, social welfare and healthcare - be classified as Capitalizt?
