Seriously Doubting that any dolphin has ever been harmed by the governenment of Omigodtheykilledkenny,

Impressed that nation in a region of terrorists and war criminals Omigodtheykilledkenny has granted its citizens extensive civil rights, and political freedoms,

Further Impressed that Omigodtheykilledkenny has compiled and maintains an archive of World Assembly resolutions, and has authored groundbreaking resolutions such as: GAR #8 World Assembly Headquarters, and GAR #17 World Assembly General Fund, which have become the backbone of the World Assembly,

Understanding that Omigodtheykilledkenny, has actually done more positive for International Community than negative,

Thoroughly Convinced that Omigodtheykilledkenny has righted any and all wrongs committed against the World Assembly, and thus no longer deserves to be shunned,

Hereby Repeals SC Resolution #17 Condemn Omigodtheykilledkenny.

Against. Kenny like his badge and has more than earn one through his GA authorship, issue authorship, and more.

Furthermore, I think it's a rather fun resolution, I wish there were more like his out there.

/sigh This resolution is a travesty and always has been. We need to be serious here in the Security Council and this resolution makes a mockery of it. Cannot we finally repeal it, and give him the commendation he actually deserves? That and Kenny doesn't even recognize that the Security Council exists so why should he benefit from it. And for all of those reading ahead of time Kenny should be changing his nation to "The Dolphin Hating Warmongers of Omigdtheykilledkenny" and joining the WA just to try and discredit the repeal should this actually get to vote. I figured I would warn you ahead of time, so that this does not come as a big shock to anyone.

Against, if the nation is question received a condemnation and is no longer a member of the WA for their own reasons, then I see no need to repeal this. Specially when nations that seek to damage this body need the condemnations issued at them for such a thing.

Considering you've already submitted this proposal and have launched a campaign for it, how could anyone contribute anything, in terms of critiques or suggested edits?

Anyhow, early voting in Europeia is against this repeal, so I expect I'll be voting against whenever this reaches quorum.

At least nine times. And, not even including all the illegal ones I could find, I'm still not sure I found them all.

Now do we really want to go down this road again? Kenny will fight tooth and nail to keep the condemnation. He will certainly run a TG campaign, and I'm sure we'll all be subjected to some lengthy in-character performance, rife with dolphin killing, assassination attempts, and all around nasty stuff just to confirm that, yes, he is indeed condemn-worthy....

This is incorrect. The Kennyite government has provided both material and financial assistance in all of our recent dolphin hunts. They are a very reliable business partner.
