OOC: Condemnations are dark badges on nation or region pages. If you look at The Black Riders, they have two. Commendations, which are the opposite, are a light badge (see Todd McCloud for an example). By voting to condemn The Dourian Embassy, you are saying that they have done something bad that the World Assembly should condone. If the resolution passes, they will have the condemnation badge on their nation page.

Condemnations are used to express severe disapproval over the actions of a nation. An RL example would be a UN condemnation of a nation's particular action, say, for example, the UN's 1993 condemnation of Bosnian ethnic and religious genocide.
