First and foremost, Anime has conducted several hunded defences in his time, including leading some of the most important defences this game has ever seen. To say "having correctly identified 20 invasions in the span of one and one half months, an impressive amount" is laughably understating his achievements. As an aside, saying "an impressive amount" made me throw up a little bit in my mouth. Let his achievements speak for themselves without your punditry getting in the way.

He's also been one of the most active members of both the GA and SC, but it's a mere footnote in your proposal. Furthermore, there is little mention of his achievements in running his own regions; while never huge, they are some of the most stable in NS history.

I don't know if Anime had over 1000 endorsements ever as delegate; Ananke certainly did, but I think it declined under Anime. You should check this.

I really want to support this but this proposal is so far away from doing Anime justice, that I couldn't support it. Please do more research and talk to Anime himself to see what his thoughts are on this attempt.

It is high-time that Anime is recognised for his fantastic achievements and sheer hard work that he's put in this game. They unarguably tower over the comparatively rookie but already commended Skydip.

If you are talking about my support for Anime, I suggest that you grab your nearest dictionary and look up what propaganda actually means. It's not what you think it means.

And, unless I'm missing something here, a large portion of Anime's career was spent with XKI/TITO, so they will obviously feature prominently here.

I think AD likely deserves a commendation; however, as has been stated by others, this draft needs work to make that clear since, at present, it's mostly a Commendation of AD within 10KI. You need to make the NS-wide impact clearer in order to show how AD has earned an NS-wide commendation. An expansion upon the WA drafting may be beneficial, in that regard.

You need to make the NS-wide impact clearer in order to show how AD has earned an NS-wide commendation. An expansion upon the WA drafting may be beneficial, in that regard.

I don't think region-founding in any case is an especially Commendable action. Not like that's unique. Especially in the case of these two regions. I've never heard them doing anything particularly awesome. *shrugs*

Might I also suggest compacting all the TITO/defending/military stuff into, perhaps, a bulleted list? I think you'll find you're still want for material if you do.

True. It's just to show that they have quite a wide resume. Plus, the France re-found was quite the big deal, because if it wasn't refounded, it would have been in the hands of Macedon.

I don't know if a nation can do something personally, since they aren't a person. Might want to replace that with something more R4-happy. Or just remove it.
