Nobody should have to sign up for selective service. Smash the state. It's very interesting that when we start talking about women, you suddenly express that sentiment. Let me refresh your memory. I would certainly like to see conscription and a mandatory draft, zero exceptions of any kind, for any...

Manisdog this is what I was saying. THe women in your workplace are not creating the problem (assuming of course it is only men doing the assaults). It is the men in your culture who are creating the problem. Yet you are blaming the women for a situation they did not create, for crimes they did not...

Since it is apparently men causing the problem why are women being punished for it. if you are a practical man you would punish the men for acting in a way that reduces your profits, since they are the ones creating the situation in the first place. Instead you blame the women who are victims of a ...

If I'm working in an office doing the exact same job as a man and with the same qualifications and experience I should be paid less than him because I'm a woman? Why? Well if your doing exactly the same job but it costs me more money to keep you than yes, if I am legally obliged to set up committee...

We've just established that you don't have a business, so that's largely correct. The argument, however, isn't whether women should be paid equally, because obviously they should and anyone who does not think that way is disgusting, but whether or not the retail positions at Asda are fundamentally ...

Honestly, this seems less like women whining because FUMINUSM, and more like storefront clerks who happen to be women whining because the blokes next door have a better salary than them. They argue that, despite the different official job descriptions, the work that Asda demands of their retail emp...

Business isn't feudalism. Your father has to formally and legally make you an owner of the company. You don't just inherit ownership by virtue of blood. Which he will but the argument here is not my business but wether women should be paid equally We've just established that you don't have a busine...

So like I said, you don't have any employees. considering that I am the sole heir to my dad's business and do work under my dad's tutelage that makes me the owner of the business too and his employees are my employees end of story Business isn't feudalism. Your father has to formally and legally ma...

Different work, different pay. If a woman was in the warehouses, and men in retail, they'd still receive the same pay in accordance to their jobs, not gender. This is rubbish. Yeah, the entire argument of the complaint is that the two positions aren't actually different work, because the company ma...

Seems like Asda should have an easy time disproving the assertions that the positions are equivalent, if they really aren't equivalent. In my experience in retail warehouses, the floor workers end up doing just as much physical labor as the warehouse workers. It may not be in the job descriptions, b...

I don't understand why the United States keeps borrowing money. A lot of people in major cities across the US have to choose between paying r...

I stand corrected

I figure her claim will be approved, because a city worker did hit her vehicle during the course of city business. That seems entirely appropriate. Then she'll be terminated for failing to report the accident.

In other words you want them to be public accommodations while not being public accommodations. No thanks. I'm done here. I can only listen to your vapid and asinine ideas for so long. Seems like she's filing an insurance claim against the city, not suing. That seems fair. It was a city vehicle that damaged her car. I imagine the fact that she didn't report the accident to her supervisors or to the city's insurance will result in her termination.

Perhaps Moderation could elaborate on what sort of counter argument one could expect to make in response to someone referring to a core part of your identity as a sickness or disorder. "no u" comes to mind.
