You know, if I'm reading this right, the only requirement is that the products have to have a stamp that claims that the product meets the safety requirements. No where does the proposal actually require that the product meet said requirements. And if you hadn't been in such a hurry to submit this ...

Though I don't post much in this thread. This one caught my eye. It is illegal due to legislating in a repeal (the 'Preserves' clause). Though — another attempt to repeal NAPA, I remember someone said 'must be Tuesday' about that. Definitely agree on your point about clause two. As for clause one, ...

So, either way it's illegal.

Exactly.

LOL. So, you're just going to completely ignore what's actually written in a resolution? Eh, they're all words, they could just say the same thing. I support the NatSov rule. It's too easy to claim a violation of one's national sovereignty when every single proposal violates a nation's sovereignty. The difference is, does the player/nation agree with that violation or not? After all, joining the WA means accepting the potential loss of national...

Back to branding. I'm still more convinced that the one-nation rule is sufficient. How about a Nobel Prize-like compromise? At most two nations listed, alongside the submitter which makes three (max for Nobel Prize-sharing). I sometimes wished to add Eireann Fae to "Right to Adequate Sanitatio...

Following G-R's comment, how do you typically interpret them? Or rather, what you look for when you see a strength violation in general. Interpreted based on a) how closely the language matches the intended strength; b) how far reaching the policy itself is. Most of the time, it's close enough that...

Will be checking for plagiarism with respect to the Manufacturing Waste proposal, which was submitted first.

At this point, I don't need to comment on most of the repeal attempts of RAT. They all fit into the same mould.

"Guns for safety" was removed for the obvious category violation.
