I would ask for clarification as to whether Dutch Coolness falls under the same category as Cora, in the sense that he/she possibly speaks English as a second language. It comes across as trolling, but if it is a second language thing then I have definitely been misreading it and would obviously ad...

The categories for Getting Help requests are superficial....

There is a marked difference between Quintium's comment and Kromar's. Quintium doesn't go out of his way to use eloquent phrasing, such as, "fucked up, traumatized people". He labelled transgenderism as a mental illness. In this case, the comment is mild, borderline at best. The solution ...

Debate is optional. However, it's always advised as a means of ironing out potential legality issues and flaws that prevent its passage.

I don't see how he said that. He said it was a mental illness and a tragedy, and if you ask me he's right. It's a mental illness, at least according to mainstream psychiatry, and people who suffer from it have much higher rates of suicide and substance abuse and tend to be found at the very bottom ...

Welcome to the World Assembly. I see you've got an idea. However, it doesn't appear that you've got a proposal.

If you want to get your feet wet, why not mosey on over to the proposal rules. After you've read those, check out existing resolutions.

Once a nation is banned (plagiarism, multi'ing), it cannot rejoin. There is no statute of limitations. Only in the most extenuating circumstances is the player themselves permanently banned. We permits players to rejoin the World Assembly with a puppet or new nation.
